The grand celebration of Appenzeller cheese craftsmanship on Postplatz. Artisanal cheesemakers from across eastern Switzerland gather with huge wheels of spicy Appenzeller, fondue and raclette chalets, cow milking demonstrations, and live alpine folk music.
