• Email address and basic profile information for account creation (if you register).
• Usage data and app interactions via Firebase Analytics, used to understand app performance and improve features.
• Crash logs and device information via Firebase Crashlytics for app stability and improvements.
• Event viewing, saving, and browsing data (anonymous if not logged in).
• Images are loaded and cached using SDWebImageSwiftUI.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, personalize, and improve our App and services.
• To communicate with you about your account or support requests.
• To diagnose and fix app issues (via analytics, crash and error reports).

3. Third-Party Services

• Firebase Auth: Used for user account management. Your email and authentication data are securely handled by Firebase (Google LLC).
• Firebase Analytics: Used to evaluate app usage and improve performance. Data is processed by Google on our behalf.
• Firebase Crashlytics: Used for error and crash reporting.
• SDWebImageSwiftUI: Used for image downloading and caching; does not collect personal information.

4. Data Sharing and Security

• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising.
• Firebase (Google LLC) acts as a data processor on our behalf for authentication, analytics, and crash reporting.
• We take reasonable steps to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we use industry best practices.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

• Your data is retained as long as you use the App or as required for legal purposes.
• You may delete your account at any time, which removes your data from our authentication system. Some anonymized usage data may remain for analytics.

6. Children’s Privacy

• Helvi is designed for family use. Accounts may only be created by adults (16+ in the EU/CH, 13+ elsewhere).
• We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without parental consent.

7. Your Rights

• You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data, or object to certain processing.
• You may withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account.

8. Changes to this Policy

• We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be announced in the App.
